On March 7, 2024, the US CPSC announced a recall of Chinese-made baby dining chairs.
The recalled product is the SINGES three-in-one baby high chair. The products include soft seat cushions, removable table legs, adjustable trays, etc., available in red and blue colors.
The product can be converted into a booster seat, violating safety regulations for high chairs and booster seats. Multiple failures were found including, but not limited to, inadequate restraint systems, stability, static loading, latch and lock buttons, leg openings, warnings, labels and literature. The product may tip over or collapse, posing a fall hazard to children.
The recalled products were sold from February 2020 to December 2021, with approximately 175 units sold, priced at approximately US$75.
So far, no casualties have been reported in the accident.
The CPSC recommends that you immediately stop using the product and return it to Walmart for a full refund.
